Currently nicknamed First & Oxbow which clearly captures the prominent location in Downtown Napa at First Street and Soscol Avenue, the gateway to the Oxbow District. We understand the balance and care required to build something beautiful and fitting for Napa. Downtown Napa continues to transform into a world destination, it is our goal to provide a focal point to live, stay and play in Downtown Napa.
The project will provide parking, retail, residential and lodging uses along with access to trails. Retail tenants for the mixed use project will likely include; a specialty grocer or deli, restaurants, and retailers delivering a unique Napa experience. The boutique lodging and residences will deliver an authentic Napa experience in the center of Napa.
